Refund policy

Payments are taken by PayPal. This is the default policy. If something went wrong, ask: a fair request is not turned down on a technicality.

Monthly premium

Cancel any time from your PayPal subscriptions; premium then runs to the end of the period you paid for. A monthly payment is not refunded after 48 hours.

Lifetime premium

Lifetime premium is refundable within 7 days of the payment.

Server switches

Extra server switches are refundable within 48 hours of the payment, if you have not used them.

Asking for a refund

Ask in the support server with the time of the payment and the Discord account it was for. A refund takes the premium it paid for back off the account.

Disputes

If a payment is disputed with PayPal or a bank, the premium it bought is paused until the dispute is decided, and given back if it is decided in our favour. Please ask us first: a refund is quicker and easier on everyone.
