The invite asks for exactly 29 permissions, and that list is generated from what the code declares rather than typed out. Administrator is not among them. You can untick any of them, and a feature’s own command tells you later if it needs one you removed.

Remove the bot and everything held for that server is deleted thirty days later, automatically. The delay is deliberate: most servers that remove it are about to add it straight back with different permissions, and an instant deletion would take every setting and every moderation record with it. If thirty days is too long, a server owner or administrator can ask in the support server and have it done immediately.

Ask in the support server. If the bot has thrown an error at you it will have given you a reference — quote it, and it can be found in the logs exactly.
